Beach House Hammersmith

K4S designed and installed replacement heat pumps for heating and hot water generation. The heat pumps serving the heating were able to generate LTHW at 80 degC, meaning that the existing radiators were suitable. The hot water was produced by cylinders with integral heat pumps meaning they were compact and reduced the number of external units required. They also produced beneficial free cooling which was pumped into the adjacent gym

Voco Cardiff

K4S are designing and installing a complete replacement heat pump system for both the heating and domestic hot water system. The gas boilers will be removed and replaced with water source heat pumps that reject coolth into the local dock water.
